Functionality Overview
Reidmark’s asset management software joins together the following four key components:
- Repairs – including the fault locator - a new tool providing a user friendly visual interface for the effective reporting of day to day repairs. Also fully integrates with stock condition, planned maintenance, gas servicing and the contractors’ portal.
- Planned maintenance – effective management of all areas of planned maintenance including cyclical, major projects and Decent Homes programmes. Fully integrates with the contractors’ portal.
- Servicing – benefit from a comprehensive range of tools to manage service contracts including gas servicing and PAT testing. Fully integrates with the contractors’ portal.
- Property surveys reporter – a mobile solution – facility for contractors to carry out stock condition surveys and inspection surveys in line with Decent Home requirements and upload the data directly into your system, via the internet.
