OUR COMMITMENT TO ACHIEVING ISO 9001:2000

Reidmark builds accessible and affordable high quality software that can bring organisations together to share, learn and grow.

At Reidmark quality is integral the way that we work.  We’ve adopted a tried and tested approach to managing our development programme, based on Microsoft development methodology, which utilises a robust documentation framework for effectively planning and managing the key phases associated with a development project – namely planning, fulfilment, testing, implementation and training.

At the end of 2007, to further demonstrate our commitment to achieving our quality and continuous improvement related business objectives, we officially announced our intentions to attain the world-recognised ISO 9001:2000 quality standard.

Reidmark’s ISO project is supported by the Mersey Skills Network, which is part of Liverpool Chamber of Commerce and Industry, through something called the ‘Skills for Business Programme’.  We have been working with a local consultant to formally document our Quality Management System (QMS) and are expecting to successfully attain external accreditation around July 2008.   Additionally, as part of this work we are also putting measures in place to achieve TickIT – the quality standard which is also guided by the ISO9001 framework, but designed specifically for software providers.  Attainment is also planned for July 2008.
