We wanted to adopt a modern, flexible approach to reduce duplication of effort as well as offer enhanced reporting capabilities, significantly cutting the time spent on administration. As an integrated, highly functional system, RSLmanager makes the value of customer service more of a reality, combine this with the hard work and commitment of our staff, it significantly improves the service we can offer to our residents. We have worked closely with Reidmark on this project and we are pleased to continue to develop new ideas with them to further improve efficiencies for Broadland and its customers”.
