IAGmanager Wins at the Information Management 2005 Awards
Reidmark and nextstep in Lancashire have received a major accolade for the innovative use of technology in CRM at the Information Management Awards, IM2005! Reidmark and nextstep in Lancashire were shortlisted for five awards and won the the commendation in the CRM (customer relationship management) category with IAGmanager and the nextstep portal www.nextsteplancashire.co.uk.

The IM awards are seen as symbols of excellence and innovation in the management of business information and knowledge. Mark Carney, managing director, is delighted: “The commendation is recognition of real teamwork. We have worked closely with nextstep in Lancashire during the last four years to bring together business management, CRM and online customer channels to create a complete system meeting their needs in delivering information, advice and guidance to adults in Lancashire. “
He added: “This year’s IM2005 entries were particularly strong and to beat off competition from organisations such as BT, 02, Powergen and the Bank of Scotland is a real achievement for Reidmark and nextstep Lancashire.”
Reidmark is no stranger to these prestigious industry awards, in 2004 RSLmanager, developed in conjunction with Broadland Housing, won the business intelligence category and was a runner-up in the knowledge management section.
