Functionality overview
It is fully integrated with the contractors’ portal, to ensure the timely delivery of information to your suppliers and with the survey reporter tool which ensures effective and accurate housing stock survey management, to ensure you can readily access up to date information about the condition of your properties.
- Set up a planned maintenance programme at various levels e.g. property or scheme.
- Set, monitor and manage planned maintenance budgets.

- Share information with stock condition surveys.

Key features
- Management tool – the management tool provides a user friendly interface to set up and administer a planned maintenance programme item e.g. a kitchen replacement, together with associated information around pricing and the frequency of replacement. This tool aligns with the property survey tool categories and programmes can be viewed at property or scheme level.
- Programme builder – use the builder tool to apply each of maintenance programmes to a scheme or property. Also used to forecast future plans, based on historic data.
- Reporting functionality – embedded reporting tools enable data to be viewed by timeframes over various cycle periods.
- Workflow driven – Reidmark’s systems are all based on workflow methodology. The issuing of a specific works order triggers a planned maintenance programme and its associated system processes.
- Contractors’ portal – relevant information is automatically delivered to suppliers via the contractors’ portal.
