OUR PRIVACY POLICY

This agreement, constituted by this privacy policy and the term and conditions of use of the Website ("this Agreement") is between Reidmark and you and is governed and construed in accordance with English law. You and Reidmark each submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to disputes arising out of this Agreement.

Information required

When you contact Reidmark through the Website for any reason, e.g. to submit an enquiry using our online form, or to send an email to info@reidmark.com, Reidmark requires certain contact details from you, including without limitation, your name and email address and in some cases, telephone number and the name of the organisation you work for. This Agreement is in relation to these contact details and to any other information which Reidmark will subsequently collect from you as identified in this Privacy Policy (collectively "the Information"). You will not be able to use some of the services offered on the
Website without providing the Information. If you provide Reidmark with false Information, Reidmark reserves the right to terminate your access to the Website.

Use of information

Reidmark will use the Information to carry out your instructions, for example reply to your enquiry. Unless you request otherwise the Information may also be retained and used by Reidmark for marketing any Reidmark goods and services and for administering promotional campaigns, including selling or promotions to individuals by direct marketing methods. If you do not wish to receive marketing information please opt out of this part of the Privacy Policy by ticking the appropriate
box on the part of the Website where you submit the Information. If at any time after you have submitted the Information and not ticked the relevant box you no longer wish to receive marketing information please contact Customer Services at Reidmark as detailed below. No further action is necessary if you have already indicated to Reidmark that you do not want to receive such information.

Transfer of information

Reidmark will not disclose the Information to any third party for any purpose without your consent unless there is an emergency situation which requires it or Reidmark is required to do so by operation of law.  All Information will be kept as confidential and as secure as possible through the use of Reidmark's secure server software. This means that Information can only be exchanged between you, Reidmark and any third party who Reidmark decides to transfer the Information to for the purposes detailed above. Furthermore as required by the Data Protection Act 1998 Reidmark follows strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of Information which you have given to Reidmark, to prevent unauthorised access.
