Reidmark unveils the latest version of RSLmanager

An exciting version of Reidmark’s award winning RSLmanager software, fit for any ‘people focused’ Housing Association, is now available. It includes enhanced asset management functionality and a suite of other new tools and upgrades…  

New Asset Management Functionality - For a Housing Association, asset management is one of the biggest areas of expenditure and underpins a commitment to provide customers with homes that are fit for everyday living. The sharing of information both internally across teams and externally with suppliers and other stakeholders, is essential to ensure a cost efficient asset management programme that maximises opportunities to drive best value and customer efficiency.  Working very closely with one of our development partners, we’ve completely streamlined all of the business processes involved via RSLmanager…

Gas Servicing - Existing functionality has being upgraded to improve the overall efficiency of managing a gas servicing programme. This includes the essential monitoring of inspection programmes and associated works to ensure that Housing Associations are fully compliant with the requirements they have as a Landlord. Enhancements have also been applied to the Contractors’ Portal, for suppliers - for inspection management, access to properties and recording of remedial works. The new functionality also integrates fully with the rest of the system.

Fault Locator - The Fault Locator, which has a user friendly graphical interface, provides an opportunity for front line staff to record an accurate assessment of any day to day repair problems that are reported.  The functionality is also linked to the rest of the system, providing alerts and relevant information for the rest of the asset management programme.  For example, if a problem is reported with a heating system then the information held on boiler replacement, gas servicing and warranties is brought forward to ensure that any works carried out are in line with other asset management activities. Additionally, tenants will be able to report their own repairs online, using the same interface with the introduction of Tenants Online Services, early next year.
