We were asked to undertake a full review of the dansez brand, its market positioning and online store.  Dansez is one of the UK's most prestigious dance wear manufacturers who have been designing and producing their clothes at their Kent studios for over 40 years.

 

Their original mantra of ‘dance wear made by dancers for dancers’ has help them stand the test of time and they continue to work with some of the leading ballet companies and schools. A loyal customer base who really value their commitment to creating high quality planet friendly dancewear.

A New Online Experience

What We Did...

  • The existing logo and branding had not be reviewed since its original design 40 years ago. We undertook a full review of the corporate identity that included a modernised logo and branding.

  • The original online store lacked the functionality to adequately manage the transition to a fully functioning store. We needed to improved the customer experience as well upgrading the back office functions.

 

  • We worked with the management team to reposition the brand and to clearly communicate its environmental values and beliefs through a series of brand statements, logo strap line and bold online store messages.

  • We introduced a new customer buyer experience with better navigation to product collections backed up by a stock management and fulfilment system that provided clearer information to the customer.

  • The redesigned homepage allowed for multiple collection and product placement, supported through fresh photography which allowed the new brand messages to be readily identified by the customer.

  • We incorporated unique customer login options to managed bespoke collections and product ranges. This was particularly useful for the schools and colleges who have a range of clothing that students purchase directly.
